ESCAP is a second-generation hotel management system developed by Q2 Solutions as a holistic tool to manage hotel maintenance operations. ESCAP combines fully automated functionality with streamlined workflow processes to drive down operational costs while enhancing the life and efficiency of human and non-human assets. Developed primarily for the IHG Hotels group in 2006 as a tool to monitor key modules on CSR activity, due diligence, and property maintenance, ESCAP is now used in over 160 cities across 22 countries by more than 250 hotels around the world. The software system’s built-in energy and utility monitoring feature further provide a platform to drive down energy costs in hotel properties with a provision to set and actively monitor benchmarks.
